Operator waiting for chats
All you need is a web browser. LiveLeader's interface is easy and quick to use.
Incoming chat
Incoming chats open in window similar to regular IM clients like MSN. Notice the typing indicators.
Visitor information
Extensive information about visitors is immediately available. Note that the visitor's location is identified, as well as the search terms used to find the site.
Chat history
See previous chats with same visitor, no matter which operator hosted the chat. This gives immediate background to the visitor's questions.
Edit profile
Easily change the text and picture you greet visitors with. In paid plans, this information can be overridden using templates.
Canned messages
Use canned messages (stock replies) to quickly answer common questions. Note the folder-based structure. Answers can easily be added on the fly.
